Terms of Service

MirrorWhales is an editorial and analytical service, operated as an entreprise individuelle registered under SIREN 109 241 851. It reads public data recorded on a public blockchain, aggregates it, ranks it and comments on it. A subscription buys software access to that analysis and nothing else: it is not a management service, not an investment service, and carries no performance-indexed fee. These terms govern that access.

1. Service

MirrorWhales publishes analysis built from public on-chain data: wallet rankings by settled result, position tracking, scores produced by statistical models, and the decision traces behind them. It gives access to no prediction-market platform and does not facilitate access to one; it routes, transmits and executes no order, for anyone; it holds no funds, no assets and no keys belonging to a user; it is affiliated with no platform, takes no commission tied to a third party's activity, and publishes no affiliate link and no outbound link to a prediction-market platform. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement, and to act on your own behalf.

Third-party platforms and local law. Prediction markets are prohibited or restricted in several countries, including France since the decision of the Autorité nationale des jeux of 16 July 2026, and — per that same authority's survey — Germany, Belgium, Romania, Switzerland, Poland, the Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Ukraine and Czechia. This information is given as a duty to inform. It does not condition access to MirrorWhales, which is a reading and analysis service. It is for each user to check what their own law permits before undertaking anything on a third-party platform. The editor does not verify that eligibility and is not able to.

3. Financial disclaimer

MirrorWhales is not an investment adviser, broker, or regulated financial institution. The information displayed is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Acceptable use

  • No circumvention of rate limits or authentication.
  • No reverse engineering or scraping of the dashboard.
  • No sharing of credentials or session cookies.

5. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, at our discretion and with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirrorWhales excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Total liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
