Terms of Service

MirrorWhales is a closed-beta, non-professional service in operator-only access. These terms govern that access.

1. Service

MirrorWhales provides copy-trading intelligence for the Polymarket prediction market. Access is restricted to authorised operators and viewers during the current phase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. The service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited.

3. Financial disclaimer

MirrorWhales is not an investment adviser, broker, or regulated financial institution. The information displayed is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss; past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Acceptable use

  • No circumvention of rate limits or authentication.
  • No reverse engineering or scraping of the dashboard.
  • No sharing of credentials or session cookies.

5. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, at our discretion and with reasonable notice where possible.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirrorWhales excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Total liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
